We are affiliated with Blue Step and 4Care Pharmacy, nationally known companies. 4Care Pharmacy provides competitive prices on prescription medications, bubble packages them, and ships them to our facility. Blue Step provides an electronic record keeping program that tracks all resident activities, needs, medications, etc. Aside from the tremendous advantages for our facility there are notable ones for the family. Blue Step has a feature called Family Connect; this allows you your own username and password to access our record server and see information about your loved one in real time. This is done anywhere you have internet access, how convenient. Information on Family Connect consists of: resident photo, staff generated care notes, medications administered the last 3 days, and the most recent nursing assessment. Kurt's Pharmacy in Twin Falls is another pharmacy affiliate. Kurt's is a local, personal pharmacy that truly caters to each individual on a personal level. Kurt's is an authorized emergency-fill pharmacy for 4Care Pharmacy. Kurt's also bubble packages medications for our facility.
Stoney Creek Living Center is a member of the Better Business Bureau, the Idaho Healthcare Association, and the National Center for Assisted Living.
